Immigrants have never been illegal. Calling immigrants illegal is hypocritical because the law itself is founded on violence and genocide: the men who penned the U.S. Constitution (aka “The Supreme Law of the Land”) had to get rid of Indigenous populations someway, somehow. Those men collectively chose violent displacement and mass murder. Now then, is there anything more illegal than violent displacement and mass murder?
